What are your cart, power, and space requirements for venue procurement?

For procurement and event planning: our specialty carts are self-contained. We require standard 110V electrical outlets on separate dedicated circuits. Typical operational footprint is 7' x 4.5' (the espresso cart is 4' long prior to setup and fits in most elevators). Please confirm loading access, floor protection, and any venue permits during contracting so we can include them in the logistics plan.

What will your staff wear and can you meet venue compliance requirements?

Our staff present professionally in charcoal service shirts, black pants, black shoes, and black aprons. We can comply with venue ID/badge rules, background-check or union requirements when requested—please list these in the event order so we can accommodate them before arrival.

Can cup sizes or service configurations be changed and how does that affect pricing?

Yes. We can increase cup sizes (for example to 12oz). Changes to serving sizes or service configurations affect menu pricing and hourly throughput. Please specify desired sizes and service style during procurement so we can issue an accurate quote and staffing plan.

What power and technical specifications must the venue provide?

Electrical requirements: single espresso bar—one 110V 20A dedicated circuit; double espresso bar—two 110V 20A circuits on separate lines. All power must be on dedicated circuits and may require venue electrical sign-off. Please confirm circuit availability during site reviews.

How much time do you need for setup, breakdown, and on-site coordination?

We normally require 60–90 minutes for setup and a similar window for breakdown. Please include setup and breakdown windows in the event schedule and confirm loading-dock or elevator access times. We will assign an on-site point of contact to coordinate with venue staff and event coordinators.

What is your service area and how are travel fees handled?

Service areas: Florida and the Southeast from our Orlando hub; Southwest U.S. from Las Vegas; Northeast U.S. from Washington, D.C. Events outside our standard delivery radius may incur travel fees and additional lead time—please request a quote for specific pricing and timing.

What is your service capacity and staffing for high-volume events?

Throughput: a single barista can produce up to 100 8oz servings per hour. We can deploy multiple carts and baristas for larger events (we have up to 23 carts available). Larger cup sizes reduce per-barista capacity—provide expected attendance and cup sizes so we can recommend staffing levels.

Which event types and venue setups do you support?

We support weddings, banquets, conferences, conventions, trade shows, and exhibit halls. We coordinate directly with catering managers, exhibit services, and event coordinators to meet venue rules, booth requirements, and service-flow expectations.

What are your on-site coordination, insurance, and cancellation/rescheduling policies?

Space & coordination: indoor footprint is typically 5'x7' for the bar and equipment. We provide Certificates of Insurance and other compliance documents on request. On-site we assign a point of contact to coordinate load-in, service flow, and liaison with venue staff. Cancellation/rescheduling: specific terms are defined in the contract and depend on notice given and resources committed—please request our standard policy with your quote.
